Made with a flaky pastry and a savory spiced chicken filling, they can be prepped in advance and stored for convenience, so try this recipe.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Water: 1 Cup ( Pani )<br />Sugar: 1 Tsp ( Cheeni )<br />Butter: 1 Tsp ( Makhna)<br />All purpose flour: 1 Cup ( Madia )<br />Butter: 1 Tbsp ( Makhan)<br />Chopped Onion: 1 Medium Sized ( Pyaz )<br />Chicken Keema: 200g<br />Green Chilies: 2-3 ( Hari Mirch )<br />White Pepper Powder: 1 Tsp ( Dakhni Mirch )<br />Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp ( Adrak , Lehsun )<br />Salt: 1 Tsp ( Namak )<br />Green Capsicum: 1/2 Cup finely chopped ( Shimla Mirch )<br />Carrot: 1/4 Cup finely chopped ( Gajar)<br /> Red Chili Flakes: 1 Tsp ( Dhara Mirch )<br />Water 1 cup ( Pani )<br />Corn Flour: 2 Tbsp<br />Oreango Leaves 1 tsp<br />Cheese Slice 2 <br />Mozerrella Cheese: 1/2 cup grated <br />Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1/2 Cup<br />Whisked Egg: 2 <br />Bread Crumbs as required <br />Cooking Oil<br /><br /><br />Direction For Cooking:<br /><br />-Take a wok add water , salt , sugar , butter let it boil on low flame then turn off the flame add all purpose flour mix it with water on low flame , cover and rest it for 10 mins.<br />-Take a frying pan add butter let it melt then add finely chopped onion cook until its translucent .<br />-Add chicken keema add ginger , garlic paste , chopped green chilies cook until it changes its color and all water dries.<br />-Add salt , white pepper powder , red chili flakes cook for 2 mins.<br />-Take a bowl add water and corn flour mix it well and set aside.<br />-Add corn flour mixture into chicken mixture cook until all water dries then let it cool.<br />-knead the dough for a min then roll the dough then cut into circle shape with any mold set aside<br />-Now add chopped green coriander , mozzarella cheese , cheese slice mix it well.<br />-Now take circle shape dough add chicken cheese mixture and seal properly.<br />-Dip into egg then coat with bread crumbs and set aside.<br />-You can stored these chicken pie for 3 weeks in any air tight box.<br />-Fry these chicken pie on medium flame until golden brown.<br />-Serve with any sauce <br /><br /><br />Subscribe for more delicious recipes!<br /><br />@SpiceBitebysara<br />MUSIC BY AUDIO BEATS<br /><br />#chickenrecipe #ramadan2025 #ramdan_special #iftarrecipe #iftari #iftarspecial #iftarideas #spicebitebysara #babafoodrecipes
